ALARMS-MAXIMUM-PER-DEFINITION  <value16>                                           (Default = 100)           

                                                                         

Specifies the maximum number of Alarms that a single definition is allowed to generate.

 

This value is primarily a protection mechanism to prevent a single definition from generating an excessive number of Alarms.   Once the limit is reached, a special 'really red' alarm is displayed and further alarms from the definition are prevented.  Update the Alarm definition to 'reset' or clear the 'really red' alarm.
